Full Throttle is a 30 minute HIIT class. Taylor centers on high-impact, high-intensity exercises focused on fat burn with quick, efficient movements. Most classes will be held outside and use only your body weight. Rainy days will be held indoors and will incorporate things like resistance bands, exercise balls, and more. Bring your water bottle and join us on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am.
