The goal of City Station Fitness is to make it as simple and as enjoyable as possible for our members to achieve their desired fitness and spiritual goals through nutrition counseling and personal training.
Our boutique-style fitness studio offers a positive, welcoming environment compared to the more intimidating atmosphere of other larger fitness centers. Our team members are friendly and encouraging - our goal is to make your day better than it was when you walked in the door!

Director of City Station Fitness
Eddie is the proud husband of Sarah, the father of three wonderful children, and the grandfather of three awesome grandchildren. He absolutely loves being given this opportunity to serve our Lord and the community with City Station Fitness. Having spent most of his life in Carrollton and with his family being one of the founding families of Southern Hills, Eddie is excited to give back to "the place he calls home." Having experience in the ministry, athletic club ownership, and collegiate athletic administration, Eddie views City Station Fitness as the ultimate culmination of his career experiences and invites his friends to come join us for a visit!
Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor
I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. I grew up as a multi-sport athlete all the way through college. Since graduating, I have made fitness a part of my lifestyle and enjoy working out almost everyday. I have a back ground in different fitness styles like Crossfit, bodybuilding, and sports training. I am excited to work at City Station Fitness and get the chance to help others reach their fitness goals.
Shift Director, Personal Trainer, Nutritional Counselor
Nikole is driven to help you achieve your goals through a healthy balance of nutrition and exercise. After gaining over 50 lbs in four different pregnancies she was committed to finding long-term solutions, not short-term quick fixes. As such, she is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a PNL1 Certified Nutrition Coach. If you are in it for life, Nikole is the coach for you!
